BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 887

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL

WHEREAS, on 15 October 2013, the Province of Bohol was struck by earthquake, causing loss of lives, destruction of properties and a decline in its economy;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 15 October 2014 marks the first year anniversary of the Bohol earthquake which the Province of Bohol wishes to

commemorate as a day of prayer and thanksgiving.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of his Excellency BENIGNO 8S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bohol.
