BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 888

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2020, Monday, the Barako Festival will be held in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in the programs and activities lined up during the said festival;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
