WHEREAS, on December 30, 2010, the people of the Municipality of lbaan will be celebrating their traditional town fiesta; WHEREAS, December 30 has always been declared as a regular holiday as it commemorates the death anniversary of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal; wHEREAS, Proclamation 1841, s. 2009, moved the celebration of the death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal from December 30,2010 to December 27, 2010, making the former a working holiday; WHEREAS, the people of the Municipality of lbaan should be given ample time to celebrate their town fiesta through appropriate ceremonies' NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N.
