MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 89 DECLARING THURSDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE GARCIA, BATANGAS WHEREAS, Thursday, 1 December 2016, marks the Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas.
