PROCLAMATION NO. 891

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 19 TO 25, 1992, AS SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS, the period April 21 to 27, 1991, has been de- signated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 714, dated April 17, 1991;

_ WHEREAS; this year, the Philippine Association of Secretaries will be celebrating Secretaries Week from April 19 to 25, 1992, to coincide with the observance of its 34th. anniversary;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be given the opportunity to commemorate its 34th ; anniversary with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law,, do hereby declare the period from April 19 to 25, 1992, as Secretaries Week.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
