BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 891

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on Friday, 24 October 2014, the Municipality of Pili, Camarines Sur shall celebrate the “Pinili Festival”.

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Pili, Camarines Sur the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it

is but fitting and proper to declare 24 October 2014, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 24 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pili, Camarines Sur.
