BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 891

DECLARING MONDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2020, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2020, Monday, the City of Bifian, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 75" Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bihan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna.
