MAGUGPO, POBLACION, TAGUM CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO FOR CITY HALL PARKS AND PLAZA PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF TAGUM Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition and reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Brgy. Magugpo, Poblacion, Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao for City Hall Parks and Plaza purposes of the Tagum City, containg an area of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy One (5,971) square meters, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows: TAGUM CITY HALL PARKS AND PLAZA PURPOSES LOT 1, SWO-ll-00000l-D (IDENTICAL TO LOT 1225, CAD 276, TAGUM CADASTRE) A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, SWO-ll-00000l-D, Identical to Lot 1225, Cad 276, Tagum Cadastre), located in Brgy. Magugpo, Poblacion, Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along lines 4-5.,6-7 by Mabini st.; on the E., along line 7-8 by Osmena St.; on the S., along lines 8-1-2-3 by Arellano St.; and on the W., along line 3-4 by Bonifacio St. Beginning at a point marked \1" on plan, being S., 62 deg, from BLLM No.1, Cad-276, Tagum Cadastre, thence: 38' E., 253.86 m, 94.32 m. to point 2; 4.00 m. to point 3; 54.35 m. to point 4; 4;00 m.' to point 5; 9437 m, to point 6; 4.00 m. to point 7; 54.06 m. to point 8; S. 89 deg 5.2' W., N. 45 deg 06' W., Due North N. 45 deg 00' E., S. 89 deg 58' E., S. 45 deg 00' E., S. 00 deg 03' W., ..:~~ !I!!!!!I!III~~iI~~ 5.44 deg 54' W., 4.01 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy One (5,971) square meters, more or less. The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienaQje nor be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or any other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
