BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 893

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 12 February 2020, Wednesday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 22° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 12 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
