PROCLAMATION NO. 894

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 19 TO 26, 1992. AS NATIONAL JAY CEE, WEEK °

Whereas, this nation can benefit from organized betterment pro- jects, good business conditions, more tourists, civic improvements, and facilities for health and education;

Whereas, the Junior Chamber of the Philippines is a voluntary organization of young men helping us all to work together to achieve the above goals and generally to build a better nation and to develop better citizens in our nation;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby > declare April 19 to 26, 1992, as the National Jaycee Week and call on all citizens to lend their interest, support and cooperation in making the observance of this week successful in every way.
