BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 894

DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2020, Tuesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
