DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Thursday, 13 November 2014, the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Pantukan” in observance of its Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper tnat the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 13 November 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley.
