PROCLAMATION NO. 896

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 27 TO MAY 3, 1992, AS NATIONAL PRESS WEEK

WHEREAS,,* the National Press Club of the Philippines (NPC) traditionally holds National Press Week starting the last Monday of April until the first Sunday of May;

WHEREAS, the NPC desires to hold the National Press Week during the period from April 27 to May 3, 1992;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the . Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from April 27 to May 3, 1992, as National Press Week.

and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
