DECLARING MONDAY, 24 NOVEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2014, the Province of Benguet will celebrate its 114" Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Benguet to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Governor requested that Monday, 24 November 2014, instead of 23 November 2014 which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 24 November 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet. :
