DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS.
WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 1971, marks the third anniversary of the charter of the City of Bais; and
WHEREAS, the people of the city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1971, as a special public holiday in the City of Bais.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
