DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN

PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Friday, September 16, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 16, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
