Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 899

DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 26, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN KIDAPAWAN CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan will be celebrating “TIMPUPO" the 4h Fruit Festival on August 23-26, 2005;

' WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 26, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
