BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.899

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR HOUSING RESETTLEMENT PROJECT AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP OVER THE SAME IN FAVOR OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYUG, SITUATED IN BARANGAY AMISTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF TAYUG, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain for Housing Resettlement Project, and granting ownership over the same in favor of the Municipal Government of Tayug, subject to private rights and final ground survey if any there be, situated in Barangay Amistad, Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-B, Psu-73377? [Amd]), being a portion of Lot 2, Psu-73377, situated in Barangay Amistad, Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon.
