BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 899

DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2020, Tuesday, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 22"° Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.
