PROCLAMATION NO. 899

DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 JUNE 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 19 June 2025, Thursday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 19 June 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
