/11:71/ 70 MALACANANG MANILA PMS LJ8RAR'Y BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 9 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MONTEVISTA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEVISTA, .PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Montevista Central Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Montevista, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 6073-B, Csd-11-006853-D, a portion of Lot 6073, equivalent to Lot 12549, Pls-2 (PHILCUSA-FOA) , Compostela Public Land Subdivision situqted in the Poblacion, Municipality of Mont-evista, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of ndanao. Bounded on the West, along line 1-2 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide); on the North and West, along lines 2-3-4 by Road (Lot 6073-F, Csd-11-006853-D; and on the South, along line 4-1 by Lot 6073-A, Csd-11-006853-D. Beginning at a point marked "I" of Lot 6073-B, Csd-11-006853-D, being N. 06 deg. 42' E, 372.60 m. from BLLM No. 32, Pls-2. Thence N. 05 deg. 04' E., S. 81 deg. 32' E., S. 05 deg. 37' W., N. 76 deg. 44' W., 131.60 m. to point 2; 103.36 m. to point 3; 140.15 m. to point 4; 102.88 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR (13,934) SQUARE METERS.
