DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, February 26, 2001, marks the 64" Charter Anniversary of Zamboanga City;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Zamboanga City be given full oppor- tunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonics;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Scction 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, Reyeary 26, 2001, as a special day in Zamboanga City.
