MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 09 DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAUBAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, on Friday, 15 July 2016, the Municipality of Mauban, Province of Quezon marks the celebration of the "Araw ng Mauban;" WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mauban, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
