PROCLAMATION NO. 09

DECLARING SATURDAY, 23 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 July 2022, Saturday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 62" Charter Day/43" Kaliga Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 23 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.
