‘PROCLAMATION NO. 90

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 122, DATEDMARCH 25, 1966, WHICH

ESTABLISHED THE SARA-SAN DIONISIO FOREST RESERVE . BY EXCLUDING THEREFROM A 78-HECTARE PARCEL OF LAND AND DECLARING THE SAME ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES.

A By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 122, dated November 25, 1966, which established the Sara-San Dionisio eforest Reserve, and declare as alienable or disposable for S-agricultural purposes that parcel of land of the public ikdomain situated in the Municipality of San Dionisio, @province of Iloilo, Island of Panay, more particularly described as follows:

From corner marked 1 in the attached map of LC Project No. 51-B of San Dionisio, Iloilo, which is 582 11'E, 4,175.60 meters from PBM No. 15;

thence 5 74° W, 80 meters to corner 2; * thence Ss 18°09! E, 60 meters to corner 3; thence S 73°55" W,486.16meters to corner 4; thence S 86°24: W, 50 meters to corner 5;

thence § 28° W,100 meters to corner 6; thence N 83° W,340 meters to corner 7; thence 5 71) W,300 meters to corner 8; thence S 79 W,370 meters to corner 9; thence Ss 88° W,260 meters to corner 10; thence N 42° W,130 meters to corner 11; ‘thence N 056 E,290 meters to corner 12; thence N 57 E,540 meters to corner 13; thence S 82° E,1,520 meters to point of beginning.

Containing an approximate area of SEVENTY EIGHT (78) ECTARES, subject to the following conditions:

1. A strip of 20 meters wide on both sides from the highest bank of any stream is reserved as forest land to be maintained under forest cover at all times.

2. Naturally grown trees shall no longer be cut or harvested but shall instead be maintained and preserved as part of the permanent vege- tation or _to be reserved as greenbelt pursuant to LOI 1917 and its implementing guidelines.

3- The Regional Directors of the Bureau of Forest Development and Lands, in coordination with appropriate agencies of Government, shall identify and delineate areas to be established, developed and maintained as forest or tree parks for the barangays in the area herein excluded as alienable or disposable pursuant to LOI No. 1313 and.its implementing rules and regulations.
