AS SPEC|AL (NON. woRKtNc) D,Ay tN THE CtTy OF SAN PABLO WHEREAS, saturday, January 1s, 2011 marks the cerebration of the Feast Day of Saint Paul, the First Hermit, the patron saint of San Pablo City; WHEREAS, coinciding with the feast day is the holding of the 16tr Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras); WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sar Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the. ciccasion with appropriate ceremonies.
