MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 90 DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TAGUIG WHEREAS, Thursday, 8 December 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the City of Taguig; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Taguig be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Taguig.
