BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 900

DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE

WHEREAS, on 13 February 2020, Thursday, the City of Parafaque will mark the celebration of its 22"? Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parahaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 13 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Paranaque.
