PROCLAMATION NO.901

FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 435, DATED JANUARY 23, 1932, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE LOO SETTLEMENT FARM, NOW THE BUGUIAS+LOO AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL RESERVATION (BLAIS}.,. LOCATED IN BUGUIAS, BENGUET, BY EXCLUDING THERE- FROM A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING

} THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED

Upon recommendation. of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 435, dated January 23, 1932, which established the Loo Settlement Farm Reservation, now the Buguias-Loo Agricultural Industrial School Reservation (BLAIS), located in Buguias, Benguet, by excluding therefrom a portion of the land embraced therein, subject to private rights, if any there be, and declaring the same open for dis- position under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel of land is more. particularly described, to wit: +

) béing a portion of Lot No. 3, Swo-12484, situated in Barangay Loo, Municipality of Buguias, Province -of Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W. along

/ line 4-5 by property of Toling (one name) Fp-41375; on the E., along lines 5-6-7 by Public Land; on the SE., along line 7-8 by property of Ulocan Dionisia, Fp-2157; on the SW., along lines 8-9-1 by Lot No. 3-B (BLAIS) of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan Swo-12484 Amd., being N. 6° 20' E., 2,152.10 meters from BLLM No. 1, Barangay Loo, Buguias, Benguet. -Thence ....

N. 15° 03' E., 128.73 m. to point 2 N. 159 11' W., 216.84 m. to point 3 N. 45° 20' E., 55.75 m. to point 4 N. 86° 27' E., 266.29 m. to point 5 S. 13° 23' E., 194.29 m. to point 6 S. 52° 15' W., 165.24 m. to point 7 S. 142 05' W., 234.33 m. to point 8 N. 48° 40' W., 129.79 m. to point 9 N. 44° 37' w., 59.70 m. to point

of beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND NINETY THREE (108,093) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

The distribution of the abovecited parcel of land in favor of the qualified beneficiaries will be undertaken by the Lands Management Service, Cordillera Administrative Region of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
