BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 901

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 NOVEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINAS, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur marks the commemoration of Araw ng Dinas on 9 November 2014;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 10 November 2014 be declared as a special non-working day.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 10 November 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
