. PROCLAMATION NO. 902 DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Sunday, October 16, 2005, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Calbayog celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, October 17, 2005 be

declared as special (non-working) day instead of October 16, 2005, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full Opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Monday, October 17, 2005 as special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
