DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2020, Wednesday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 83"? Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
