PROCLAMATION NO. 904

AMENDING PROCLAMATION-NO. 323, SERIES OF 1952, WHICH RESERVED FOR CERTAIN. PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF THE AREA RESERVED FOR MUNICIPAL PLAZA AND RESERVING

THE SAME FOR THE USE OF THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON Cc. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 323, series of 1952, which reserved for certain public purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, by excluding a portion of the area-reserved for Municipal Plaza and reserving the = same for the use of the Development Bank of the Philippines

(DBP), which portion is particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Plan-Csd-12-004336, Lot 1677-A equiva- lent to Lot 3656, a portion of Lot 1677, Ts-220), situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the NE. and SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1677-B, Csd-12-004336; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Municipal Road; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by National Highway. egin- ning at a point marked "1" of Lot 1677-A, Csd-12-004336, being S. 10 deg. 43' W., 1130.76 m. from BLLM No. 1, Bls-59, Kidapawan Public Land Subdivision. Thence ‘

’ Ns S. 61 deg. 43' E, 50.00 m. to point 2; we S. 28 deg. 04' W, 30.00 m. to point. 3; pain N. 61 deg. 43' W, 50.00 m. to point 4; N. 28 deg. 04' E, 30.00 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (1,500) SQUARE METERS. All points are marked on the ground by BL Cyl. Conc. mons. Bearings true. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Pedro M. Dacono, Geodetic Engineer on July 5, 1988 and approved on July 22, 1988.

In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose it was reserved or is abandoned by DBP or DBP is privatized, this proclamation is automatically revoked and possession and use of the area shall revert to the Municipal Government of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato. ‘
