BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 904

DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2020, Thursday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of its 81°* Founding Anniversary and the 31° Kalilangan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 27 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
