PROCLAMATION NO. 904

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON

WHEREAS, on 21 May 2025, Wednesday, the City of Malabon will mark the celebration of its 426" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
