s DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 15 November 2014, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks the commemoration of its 64" Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of ~ Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive

Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do

hereby declare Saturday, 15 November 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
