• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 908 DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8,2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR WHEREAS, '-hursday, September 8, 2005, marks the 5th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Digos, Davao del Sur; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
