RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAYS OF LOOC AND CANJULAO, CITY OF LAPU-LAPU, ISLAND OF CEBU '

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resgurces and by virtue of the powers vested in me by- law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other: form of disposition and reserve for military purposes under the jurisdiction and administration of the Philippine Navy for its naval operations, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future boundary survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangays of Looc and Canjulao, City.of Lapu- Lapu, Island of Cebu, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: ;
