MALACANANG MANILA I BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 91 NOVEMBER 21 TO 28 OF EVERY YEAR AS WOMENS HEALTH WEEK DECLARING WHEREAS, the promotion of the health and well-being of the people is one of the most important responsibility of government; I WHEREAS, the womeh of today, both in government and pi'ivate service, are active participants in nation building; I WHEREAS, there ie h need to focus national attention on the prevention, treatent and rehabilitation of women~e health problems; : NOW, THEREFORE, ,F'IDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue bf the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from November 21 to 28 of every year as Womens health Week.
