BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 91

DECLARING MONDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2022, Monday, the Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 30" Founding Anniversary and the 20° MunaTo Festival

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Monday, 28 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
