BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 911

DECLARING MONDAY, 02 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 02 March 2020, Monday, the Province of La Union will mark the celebration of its 170" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 02 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
