PROCLAMATION NO. 912

RESERVING FOR TAWANG BARANGAY CEMETERY AND BARANGAY HALL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET; CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY TAWANG, MUNICIPALITY OF LA TRINIDAD, PROVINCE. OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet, as TAWANG BARANGAY CEMETERY site and TAWANG BARANGAY HALL site, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Tawang, Municipality of La Trinidad, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit:
