~ DECLARING FRIDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the 6" Kawayanan Festival on Friday, 5 December 2014:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 5 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
