BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 912

DECLARING SATURDAY, 07 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, on 07 March 2020, Saturday, the Province of Basilan will mark the celebration of its 46" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Basilan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 07 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Basilan.
