DECLARING MONDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas will celebrate its Foundation Day anniversary on Monday, 8 December 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO 8S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 8 December 2014, as a special (non-working) day in

the Province of Batangas.
