BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 913

DECLARING TUESDAY, 31 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2020, Tuesday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 19"" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 31 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
