BY THE PRESDIENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 914 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, , WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Monday, September 12, 2005, thousands of Marian devotees are expected to grace the Carmelite Convent to culminate 'the National Pilgrimage to Lipa Carmel 2005 in commemoration of the National Eucharistic and Marian Year; WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates the consecration of every family and our nation to Our Lady, Mary Mediatrix of All Grace; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
