DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate a yearly festival of thanksgiving for the bountiful harvest on Saturday, 22 November 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija be given full opportunity to ceivbrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive . Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 22 November 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
