BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 915

DECLARING SATURDAY, 07 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 07 March 2020, Saturday, the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Island Garden City of Samal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 07 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte.
