.'- MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 916 DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHER,EAS, Friday, September 16, 2004, marks the 53rd Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga .del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in'their province's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 16, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
